HOW SHOULD I PREP MY HAIR?

PLEASE WEAR YOUR HAIR IN IT’S NATURAL STATE. NO BLOW-DRYING STRAIGHT, BRAIDS, BUNS, OR PONYTAILS. For a color service, please come to your appointment with clean, dry, product-free hair.For a haircut service, please come with clean, dry, and low/no product in your hair.

WHY ISN'T THERE A PHONE NUMBER?

Our artists work independently from check-in to check-out, making phone communication challenging while on the salon floor. Our goal is to give our guests and families our undivided attention during our time in the salon and at home. We look forward to offering that same attention when we finally meet you!

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE?

Visit the Vagaro site, log in, and edit or cancel your appointment as needed.

IF I CHOOSE NOT TO GET A HAIRCUT OR BLOWDRY, IS IT CHEAPER?

No. All of the service experiences are all-inclusive. You may choose to receive a scalp treatment, gloss, or extra energy healing within that time. The drying / styling is not optional since it’s necessary to refine your cut (and you’re able to see your color).

DO YOU SERVICE STRAIGHT HAIR?

We do service straight hair, though we specialize in enhancing your natural patterns.

DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE ENERGY HEALING?

Of course not! It’s entirely optional. Though most guests enjoy these magical services, you absolutely do not need to.

WHO IS BEST SUITED FOR YOUR HAIR SERVICES?

Our services are meant to enhance natural hair patterns ranging from straight-wavy to the tightest coils and are for those who wear their hair without heat most of the time.

WHO IS NOT SUITED FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Our services are not designed for those who want "just a haircut." We love to share our knowledge and have a high level of attention to detail.
