Our guest experience is a priority, as is our craft. For this reason, we are a call-free salon.

Here are some helpful things to know:

  • There is free 2-hour street parking along High Street, as well as Water Street. There are a few free parking lots on High Street as well, just be sure to leave adequate walking time if necessary.

  • Rescheduling | Cancelling | No-shows

    Due to the length of time most of our services require, credit card info is requested at the time of booking. Cedit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. 

    Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations.

    If changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of the service time, the 100% fee of the scheduled services will be retained. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required towards your next appointment booking.

    Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and retaining 100% of the scheduled services.

    If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up, you will not be allowed to rebook. Thank you for understanding.

    Returns

    We guarantee every product carried in the salon. During your service, you will be educated you on how much, how often and how to apply each product.

    We would be happy to show you how to use the product again, or you may return a very lightly used product for 50% store credit (within 30 days of purchase).

    We are unable to issue full refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they’ve been opened.

    Adjustments

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until your next scheduled appointment!

    If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the studio feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted artist for life (or at least this season of it)!

    We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you within 7 days of your initial service date.

    Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.

    Services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon directly.

    We will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

    Salon Etiquette

    Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated.

  • The preferred method of payment is debit or credit card. If you so choose to pay with cash, please bring the exact amount necessary, as there is no cash in-salon.
